Line Cook
We're looking for passionate line cooks to join our high-energy kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing our signature wings and sides with speed, consistency, and quality. Experience with wing or chicken-based cuisine is a huge plus, but we're ready to train the right candidate.
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
Customer Service Representative
Be the face of Wing Snob! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll greet guests, take orders accurately, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Your enthusiasm and wing knowledge will make every visit memorable.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with POS systems and cash handling
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Delivery Driver
Help us bring crispy, saucy wings directly to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for timely and safe delivery, maintaining a professional demeanor, and representing the Wing Snob brand at every doorstep.
- Valid Michigan driver's license in good standing
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance
- Familiarity with Warren, MI and surrounding areas
- Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility
- Smartphone with navigation app capability
Shift Supervisor
Lead the charge during peak service hours as a Shift Supervisor. You'll oversee both kitchen and front-of-house operations, support and motivate the team, handle customer escalations, and ensure our quality standards are upheld consistently throughout every shift.
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling
- ServSafe Manager certification preferred
- Availability for opening and closing shifts
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help Wing Snob grow its online presence and build the brand beyond the plate. You'll create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, manage our community interactions, and run promotions that drive real foot traffic and online orders.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand
- Strong eye for food photography and visual storytelling
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and basic analytics reporting
- Excellent writing skills and brand voice adaptability
